Rich Green Wedding Cake with edible gumpaste dogwood floral spray on each side of cake

This wedding cake was designed by the bride, Catherine Moehle. Her mother is Linda Rice. The bride had textured fondant over each of the four tiers and then the tiers were dusted with forest green petal dust diluted with a little cornstarch. The end result was a look of a rich brocade. The white dogwoods provided a contrast to the rich green.
