Vegan Brocade White Wedding Cake

This 10 inch three layer wedding cake was ordered by Ron and Molly Hess for their daughter. The wedding cake was 8 inches tall and covered with edible white gumpaste fantasy flowers to look like a brocade design. The cake flavors were vegan chocolate cake with vegan chocolate ganache.
