Kentucky Derby Horse Race Theme Fondant Cake

This Kentucky Derby themed cake includes two edible hats, a horse saddle cake, and and an edible gumpaste rose garland. The hats were fondant covered rice krispy treats. The saddle cake was 12 inches wide, 18 inches long, 9 inches tall. The saddle cake was half oreo cookie cake and half cream cheese cake with hazelnut praline filling. The harlequin decorated board was 18 inches by 28 inches.
