Victorian Themed Hat Box Fondant Cake

This hat box cake was for a beloved administrative assistant Jean Blythe at Harris. Fifty people got together and gave her a surprise luncheon which included this cake. Decorations and flowers are edible. Edible butterfly was made from a food mold. Cake was 11 inch round three-tiered 7 inch tall cake. The gluten free cake had cheesecake, key lime cake, and vanilla cake.
