Black and White Present Fondant Cake with Edible Handkerchief and Necklace

This black and white present cake was for Jean Blythe, a beloved administrative assistant at Harris RF. Jean prefers gluten free food and so this cake is all gluten free. It is a 10 inch round three layer cake - banana cake, chocolate fudge cake, mango cheesecake - filled with raspberry buttercream. The bottom rose border was made from a Sunflower Sugar Art mold. All decorations are edible. Happy Birthday Jean!
