Diane wanted the cake to reflect her son's academic accomplishment as well as his interests in golf, wine, droid computer, and hospital employer. The book and golf bag are cakes. The wine bottle, graduation cap, and hospital building facade are fondant covered rice krispy treats. The cheese, golf clubs, towel, and droid computer are edible decorations too.
