Martha Morales-McBride ordered this cake for a special birthday celebration for her husband Scott. Scott has a penchant for moose. The moose body is cake, the moose head is rice krispy treats, the ears are royal icing covered cardboard. The pussywillows are brown gumpaste covered with cornmeal. The leaves are edible gumpaste.
