Movie Memorabilia Cake

This movie theme cake was for Bobby Jones' 16th birthday party at Salmon Creek Country Club in Rochester, NY. Bobby loves movies and designed this cake with his parents Susan and Don. All decorations are edible such as the clapboard, stars, film, and reels. Each of the four layers were covered with white fondant. The top 3 layers were then covered with squares of black fondant to look like film. The film was trimmed with small black checkboxes using black pedal dust mixed with lemon extract.
