Shoe, Shoebox, Shopping Bag, Zebra striped Purple and White Birthday Cake

Tammi Allen ordered this cake for her birthday celebration to be held with family and friends. She like shoes and wanted a fashion cake. The shopping bag and shoebox are rice krispy treats covered in fondant and/or gumpaste. The tissue coming out of the shopping bag and shoes are edible and made out of gumpaste.
