Michael Kors Fashion Purse Cake and Cookies

Kandace G. ordered the cake and cookies for Anjie's special 50th birthday celebration. The 5 cake layer vanilla purse cake was 6 in wide x 11 in long by 12 in tall. The forty 4.5 in x 4.5 in vanilla sugar cookies were baked using a Cooks' Illustrated recipe. The cookie decorations were attached to cookie using a half sour cream white chocolate ganache and half italian buttercream recipe. All decorations on the cake and cookies were edible and make out of either fondant or gumpaste.
