Kidney Organ Donation Anniversary Celebration Fondant Cake

Lawrence S. III ordered this surprise kidney organ donation cake to celebrate the one year anniversary of donating his kidney to his father. The kidney cake is carved from a two layer 9 inch by 14 inch rectangular cake. The cake was filled with fresh raspberry buttecream. The stars, streamers, and letters are all edible gumpaste on wires and are stuck in a fondant covered rice krispy treat wall which can be saved for 30+ years in a china cabinet if desired.
