Bin P. ordered this two tiered almond buttercream frosted gourmet almond cake with fresh raspberry filling for her niece Charlotte's graduation celebration. Charlotte graduated from Our Lady of Mercy HS and will attend Fredonia State College. The graduation cap, pagota and books are fondant covered rice krispy treats. The speedboat, dog, skiis, school emblems, and all other decorations are edible gumpaste.
