Melkon B. ordered this shoebox cake with edible tissue, 2-D shoe, and makeup for his wife's birthday celebration at Good Luck restaurant. The shoebox lid is fondant covered styrofoam. The cake was red velvet cake with mascarpone cream cheese filling.
