Designer Fashion Themed Stacked Presents Cake

Teresa T. ordered this ivory and brown Yves St. Laurent theme cake for her best friend's birthday. Her best friend's nickname is Tweet. The 10" bottom tier and 6" top tier were vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. All decorations are edible.
