Classic Black and White Celebration Cake for Esther

This three layer 9 inch round cake was for Esther Morse in Williamsville, NY, at Amberleigh. All the decorations and the gumpaste plaque are edible. The three cake layers were banana cake, vanilla ricotta cake, and key lime cake.
